Directors
Tim Chalklen
Managing Director of Unified Solutions, Tim has been working in the IT industry for over 20 years.
Graduating from Brunel University, Tim has worked as a developer and systems analyst for companies such as British Aerospace, CASE Communications and McDonnell Douglas before taking up a senior position within Network Management Systems Limited. Tim then went on to act as a consultant for multi-million pound projects for ICL, Southern Electric, British Telecom and Pacific Associates, before establishing Unified Solutions with Peter Johnson in 1995.
Peter Johnson
Technical Director of Unified Solutions, Peter has also been working in the IT industry for over 20 years. Graduating from Kingston University, Peter worked as a developer for Pepsi-Cola and then provided technical consultancy and expertise for Epson, National Grid, BAA and Pacific Associates as well as being involved in a variety of multi-million pound projects for British Telecom.
Marie Spiers
Recruitment and HR Director for Unified Solutions, Marie has worked in the Recruitment industry for over 20 years with a particular focus on I.T. Recruitment solutions over the past 10 years. Working with a national network of independant recruitment agencies gives Marie and her team access to a wide and varied range of resources to ensure that Unified continues to deliver far more than a traditional recruitment agency can offer.
