Percussion
Overview
Percussion Software's practical solutions enable customers to
maximize both the value and quality of their enterprise content
through cost-effective content management, ease of content reuse,
optimised delivery to multiple channels and increased
efficiency.
Product Information
The Percussion CM System is comprised of two main components,
the CM Server and a set of optional Online Interaction components.
- CM Server: allows the marketer and
non-technical business users to examine existing online properties
and quickly “click through” to make needed changes anywhere.
- Online Interaction: Percussion's Online
Interaction components enable you to engage your customers in a
dynamic "two-way conversation" through your Web sites and other
online channels, dynamically presenting the best messaging and
graphics, enabling interaction, and prompting the visitor to
act..
How it is different
Focused on the marketer: Where other products
focus on "keeping Web sites up to date" Percussion provides the
marketer an unmatched agility to enact change throughout their Web
presence. This agility is available in a wide range of online
Capabilities, all focused on improving measurable results from
customer interaction online.
Open and "future proof:" Percussion’s
innovative 'decoupled architecture' separates the CM Server
component from the Online Interaction components and all the other
applications that deliver your Web property. You choose only the
pieces you want to use out of the box, then freely combine them
with existing and third party applications for unmatched cross
platform support.
