Unified is top of the class at Farnborough

After a thorough competitive tendering process, Farnborough College of Technology selected Unified Solutions to deliver a new web platform. Their current website was established in 2005 with a facelift in 2008 but feedback internally and externally clearly indicated a need to replace the site and the underlying content management system (Episerver).

Unified Solutions walked the College team through how we would be able to use our skill and experience, particularly in the FE sector, to re-design the site and make it far more usable and engaging. As always, making the site appeal to very diverse audience sectors is a particular challenge in Further Education but Unified proved once again that we have a clear, successful approach to meet this challenge.

The underlying technology, Sitecore, also makes this task easier with both implicit and explicit personalisation and a complete customer engagement solution. The College were also impressed with the ease of use of Sitecore and the additional functionality that it offered compared with other CMS they had shortlisted.
