Background and History
Unified Solutions was born out of a desire to create a company that could genuinely provide the right IT solutions for our clients' needs.
Background
In 1995, having spent more years in the industry than they cared to admit, the principals of the company - Peter Johnson and Tim Chalklen saw an opportunity for a new kind of IT service offering. They were constantly disappointed with the approach they saw, both from the IT companies they worked for and as purchasers of these services.
So, they decided to create a company that offered a combination of services with a unique approach.
Since that decision to offer a new and fresh approach to IT, the company has grown consistently, moving first from Longford, near Heathrow, to larger offices in Slough, and then to a shared office with our associate company, Connectivity Plus Limited.
Our new premises are big enough to support continued growth as our profits are ploughed back, year-on-year, to develop both the company and the people who make it all work.
The original principle of the company stands firm today. We offer systems integration, particularly across the management of information, a range of recruitment services, and of course ongoing support for applications, operating systems and the networks they run across.
While a lot of our clients come to us with a particular service in mind, they soon discover the benefits of being able to call on a single supplier for a whole range of solutions.
