that we have an understanding of our customer's business from every
aspect and precisely what we are being asked to do.
Define
Having listened carefully to our customers, Unified then defines
clearly the requirements so that these can be presented, discussed
and refined. This ensures that everyone is clear that we have
understood the requirements and what the next steps will be.
Realise
This can be one of the points in a relationship where it all
goes off track. To ensure this doesn't happen Unified personnel use
their many years of IT and business experience to realise a
project. This includes strong project management, rapid development
principles such as prototyping and regular project reviews and a
practical approach to testing, lead up to deployment and planning
for acceptance.
Deploy
Usually the most stressful and yet exciting part of the entire
project, deploying the solution has a number of pitfalls which we
use our experience to avoid. Most of this will have been in the
early stages, but there are some standard procedures to follow that
we share with our customers to ensure a successfull deployment.
Support
We never forget that once a project is concluded, ongoing
support is just as important. With our wide range of support
capabilities, its no surprise that most of our customers have been
with us for many years. We don't regard support as simply fixing
anything which may go wrong, its about an continued relationship
with our customers and being available to consider any IT issues
which may arise in the future
