Our methodology has been refined over the many years of delivering projects ranging from 1 day change requests through to multi-threaded, complex deliveries that occupy several months. At each stage, our customers fully understand where they are, what to expect from Unified and what is expected of them to ensure we work closely together to deliver a successful project.

Our measure of success is not just a project which is delivered on time and to budget, but also the level of customer satisfaction. That's why we introduced acceptance certificates at every stage to ensure we don't move forward until our customers let us know they are completely satisfied.
