Site audit
"A website is always in beta..." is a quote we often use to explain why we feel that regular site auditing can bring value to our customers. Often linked in with our analytics service, a site audit will consist of using automated tools as well as manual effort to identify any issues which may have developed over time.
These can be technical issues, where we proactively uncover faults with the website or Intranet that need urgent attention, or areas where the site has dropped below the standards it should work to (usability, accessibility, coding standards for example).
Or, it could be "softer" issues such as the tone of voice in a particular area clashing with the rest of the content, layout not fitting with online brand guidelines which could indicate some training requirements.
