To give you some idea of what we would do together, an end to end analysis will involve us beginning with an understanding your current marketing and communication plans, any strategic direction that Information Technology is headed in and a review of any available market research. (We may then suggest the commissioning of market research to better understand what your market drivers are).
We will also audit your current online services and benchmark these for your industry, including a view of what your main competitors (or peers) are doing and gain a view from some of your customers.
This process can, if appropriate, involve focus group interviews and stakeholder interviews to determine their views and to help us formulate a customer proposition. Using similar techniques to our website and Intranet design process, we recommend developing customer personas to help explain the target market in visual terms and to allow us to test the proposition against each persona.
Your draft digital strategy will then be ratified against existing plans for marketing, communications and development of your underlying technology to ensure that no conflict will occur and there is complete alignment.
We can then finalise the strategy with you and help communicate it within your organization, whilst planning where our services might fit in the realisation.
