Working for Unified

We are very proud of the low staff turnover rate at Unified and we know (because we ask!) that a significant factor for our team staying with us for many, many years is the company culture. One of the major reasons that Peter and Tim set up Unified Solutions was to establish a working environment which would recognise individuals for their contribution and allow them to work in their own style rather than enforcing a rigid regime and stifling creativity and talent.

This approach has proved successful not just through the establishment of a solid and stable team but in the recognition by our clients of our ability to innovate, which comes from every single team member.
