Unified Solutions was founded in 1995 by Tim Chalklen and Peter Johnson on the same principles as we use today; namely to "deliver high quality Information Management Solutions to UK organizations allowing them to realise tangible business benefits."

To put our mission in simpler terms, we are passionate about helping our customers engage more fully with their customers. This means using the whole of the digital spectrum, websites, email marketing, viral campaigns, social media, integration with back office systems, data analytics, in order to provide the means for our customers to engage more effectively, more efficiently and more easily with both existing customers and prospective customers.

We use the term "customer" applied across all sectors, both public and private and a glance at our customer base will quickly show that we can apply our experience and expertise to many diverse challenges.
